Australian/New Zealand Product usage Survey

Virtualhaircare have just completed a 3 month survey of hair product usage in this region.

The question we have asked is: "What Shampoo and Conditioner are you using at the moment?"

The list below illustrates the companies who's brands show up in our unique quantitative study conducted amoungst a well qualified and significant random sample of Australian/New Zealand hair product purchasers.

  • This is made up of a majority of women aged 14 to 39 and the study encorporates all hair care products both grocery and 'salon only'.
  • It shows a simple percentage usage of products in the complete Australian/New Zealand market.
  • The sample size was approximately 5000 and gathered from a consenting proportion of our 350 000 plus readers.
  • This is also the first time that product companies can compare what their turnover figures are telling them with what the consumer is really buying.
  • This data will also allow you to compare it with sales data to make even more accurate estimates of total market value and therefore assist you to make accurate projections for future trends.
  • We are making this study available to all product companies which is why we are able to keep the cost to you to an absolute minumum.
